Terms of Service

These terms apply when you install or use the Mix & Match Shopify app. Last updated 2026-08-28.

The service

Mix & Match adds set-building surfaces to your Shopify storefront and applies discounts through Shopify's own discount mechanisms. It operates entirely through your Shopify store — it has no presence outside it.

Your account and store

You must have authority over the Shopify store you install the app on. The app acts on your store only through the permissions you grant at install, and you can revoke them by uninstalling.

Your data

What the app collects, where it is kept, and when it is deleted is described in the Privacy Policy.

Billing

Subscriptions are created and charged through Shopify's Billing API and appear on your Shopify invoice. Plans include a free trial as shown at subscription time. You can cancel from the app's plan page or by uninstalling, effective per Shopify's subscription mechanics. We offer no refunds beyond what Shopify's billing system provides.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app, attempt to bypass its entitlement or billing checks, or use it for anything unlawful.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as-is. Features may change over time, and we may suspend or discontinue the service.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including any warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid for it in the period preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

Uninstalling the app ends this agreement. What happens to your data on uninstall is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Continued use of the app after a change is acceptance of the updated terms.
