Common things

If the set builder isn't showing on your storefront, the usual cause is that the Mix & Match More block hasn't been added to your theme yet, or the surface isn't included in your current plan. Both are shown on the app's home page in your Shopify admin.

If the block is added and your plan includes it but shoppers still see nothing, check your product types: Mix & Match More pairs products whose product type exactly matches the top and bottom types in your Builder Settings (Default Template). The app's home page shows a warning when no products currently match a role, and the theme editor explains exactly why a placement isn't rendering.
